Our Running course improves your endurance, speed, strength, and mobility through progressive and safe training. It enhances coordination (balance, reaction time, and rhythm), helps prevent diseases associated with a sedentary lifestyle, and promotes flexibility and confidence in movement.

SCHEDULE: Wednesdays from 5:00-6:00 PM and 6:00-7:00 PM (2 shifts)
