Nordic Walking

A course of 12 sessions of Nordic walking, a dynamic, physical and adapted activity that takes place with the help of specially designed poles and involves the exercise of arms, shoulders and back.

SCHEDULE: Mondays, two shifts, from 17:00 to 18:00 or from 18:00 to 19:00.
